The Home Builders Association of Greater Des Moines will host its annual HomeShowExpo at Vista Real Estate and Investment Corp.’s Ironwood development in Altoona. Ten homes ranging in price from $325,000 to $600,000 will be on display July 22-31. The nearly 700-member Home Builders Association is a trade group focused on five counties surrounding Greater Des Moines. Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino is the title sponsor of the event this year, which marks the first time that the show has been held in eastern Polk County.
