HOME Inc. will host an open house to showcase the remodel of a 1926 Craftsman home at 604 Arthur Ave.

The event will take place from 4 to 6:30 p.m. on July 27. HOME Inc. purchases and rehabilitates houses to sell to low- and moderate-income people.

The nonprofit invested more than $75,000 to rehabilitate the home, which was purchased through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program, a federal program created to help communities respond to the foreclosure crisis.
