Bankers Trust’s Coffin receives Easter Seals award
Don Coffin of Bankers Trust Co. has received a Governor’s Volunteer Award for his 20 years of service to Easter Seals Iowa and Camp Sunnyside. Easter Seals lauded Coffin’s “visionary leadership, compassion and steadiness” as having shaped Easter Seals’ ability to “provide everyone equal opportunities to live, learn, work and play.” The Governor’s Volunteer Awards program provides Iowa nonprofit, charitable and government organizations with a way to honor their volunteers with recognition for extraordinary service and commitment.
