Kum & Go closes on Prairie Trail site
Kum & Go LC purchased 2.22 acres of land in the Heritage at Prairie Trail development south of the Ankeny high school under construction at 1155 S.W. Cherry St. Marcus Pitts, a broker with NAI Ruhl & Ruhl Commercial Co., represented the seller, DRA Properties LC. Kum & Go represented itself. The high school is scheduled to open this fall.
