CBRE brokers $4.7M Bridgewood deal
CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial has brokered the $4.7 million sale of Bridgewood Plaza at 165 S. Jordan Creek Parkway in West Des Moines. Three retail buildings with a total of 53,500 square feet were included in the acquisition by NDF III Bridgewood Plaza LLC, which was represented by Linda Gibbs and Tim Sharpe, both of CB Richard Ellis Private Capital Group. The seller was also represented by Gibbs and Sharpe.
