Des Moines-based BCC Advisers announced this week that it is expanding by opening offices in Nebraska. The business transfer and valuation company opened an office in Lincoln, Neb., on Jan. 1 and it plans to open an office in Omaha within the year.

“We have long had an active interest in serving the needs of a broader range of clients,” said BCC Advisers President Steve Jacobs. “The addition of these offices in Nebraska’s principal cities … provides BCC with the base and expertise to serve a wider geography and deepens our firm’s expertise in both industry-specific and international transaction ability.”

BCC Advisers, located at 666 Walnut St. in Des Moines, is an advisory resource for business transfers, valuations and financing. The company is a member of International Mergers and Acquisitions Partners, an affiliation of more than 60 merger and acquisition firms located in North and South America, Europe and Asia.
