The Des Moines Plan and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on the Cornerstone Family Church plats Thursday.

The church is requesting to develop 16.3 acres of land for office or business use at the northeast corner of Southwest 63rd Street and McKinley Avenue.

The commission will also address requests from Chicago-based developer Jay Trevor to convert two downtown warehouses into residential units.
