Urbandale City Council gives the goto on final plat
The Urbandale City Council approved a final plat and easement configuration for five nonresidential lots.
A 7.85-acre parcel located at the corner of Meredith Drive and 128th Street could house two new commercial buildings. A site plan for the buildings has already been approved.
