American Security, L.L.C. today announced the acquisition of Wisconsin based Janus Security Services effective January 1, 2007. The Janus acquisition allows for the expansion of American Security’s footprint into the Milwaukee market.

American Security, L.L.C. has recognized security experience in multi-tenant commercial, industrial, governmental, patrol, parking security and critical infrastructure. Janus Security Services is headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, employs 55 security officers and specializes in governmental, high-rise apartment, parking, industrial, patrol and alarm response services.
