Amy Walters, the listed agent at Coldwell Banker Mid-America Group Realtors and daughter of David and Jody Walters, said this is their primary residence and they did not want to disclose where they are moving.

Walters purchased the property from Billy Reese for $850,000, according to the Polk County assessor’s Web site, and received a permit to construct the single-family residence on June 9, 2005, about 10 days after acquiring the property.

The 14,000-square-foot ranch, set on 10 acres next to Valley High School’s football stadium, has a 12-car garage, a piano-shaped swimming pool, 20-foot ceilings and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. The house also contains five fireplaces, four bathrooms, four bedrooms, two whirlpools and 2,376 square feet of patio space.

The house is assessed at $2.6 million. At the asking price, payments are estimated to be $25,775.19 a month.
