A 28-acre development is in the works in Altoona. Andrew’s Acres III development is expected to host low-, medium- and high-density residential units as well as an office park. C&J Development is developing the land. Chris Harvey, manager of the company, said the flex office space will be located along Adventureland Drive. The rest of the land will be single-family and multifamily homes. Harvey said he hopes to break ground on the project this October.
