The Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University is now offering custom education to businesses and organizations in Iowa. Raj Agnihotri, founding director of the Ivy Sales Forum and professor of marketing, will lead the custom education initiative, which will develop training programs to increase employee skills and executive education programs to help executives take on higher responsibilities. Agnihotri will now have an expanded role at the college, serving as director of industry engagement. The programs will be customized to company needs and taught by experienced faculty from the Ivy College of Business. The initiative provides on-site professional development for leaders, executives and high-potential employees within an organization.
