The Greater Des Moines Partnership is accepting applications for the 2023 Inclusion Awards, which will be presented at the 11th annual Inclusion Summit from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Nov. 15 at the FFA Enrichment Center in Ankeny. The awards will recognize employers who have prioritized diversity, equity and inclusion at their businesses, organizations and in the community. To qualify for the awards, organizations must be an investor or regional member of the Partnership. Nominees must submit their applications by Sept. 15. “We are excited to once again shine a spotlight on organizations that have made a difference through their dedication to fostering inclusivity and creating a sense of belonging,” Marvin DeJear, chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer at the Partnership, said in a prepared statement. “We want to recognize organizations that are working to create a more inclusive and welcoming workplace and community.” More details about the event and applications are available here.
