For several years, we’ve published a Photo Issue in the summer that highlights the interesting pastimes of leaders. This year the leaders and the hobbies included are as unique as ever. 

A nonprofit leader shreds mountains on his snowboard. A banking leader honors her heritage with a unique artform. A pair of sisters work as a Realtor and a nonprofit executive by day, and by night they create a dollhouse they’re entering in the Iowa State Fair competition. An information technology leader bakes themed cakes with complex designs.

We asked each of them to tell us a little about their hobby and also how the lessons they learn from it apply to their professional roles.
