Associated Computer Systems, also known as ACS, has announced it has officially rebranded as Koltiv. The rebrand marks the company’s 45th anniversary, which it reached in March. The company, which provides managed IT, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, cloud and automation services, says the new name reflects its growth while maintaining continuity in leadership, ownership, and service, a news release said. Koltiv is derived from the word cultivate to acknowledge the company’s Iowa roots and its belief in purposeful growth, according to the release. Koltiv will continue to operate from its Urbandale headquarters with a new visual identity and website. “We didn’t change who we are. We found a name that better reflects it,” Tony Foth, president and CEO of Koltiv, said in a prepared statement. “This rebrand honors our legacy while positioning us for the future. Our team, our leadership, and our client partnerships remain the same.”
