Brittany Freund has joined Colliers | Des Moines as vice president of brokerage, the firm announced this week.

According to a news release, Freund will “provide clients with comprehensive real estate solutions across a variety of asset types.”

“Her extensive knowledge, proven track record and ability to build strong relationships with clients are terrific additions to our team as we look to grow further,” Jeremy Jacobs, Colliers’ regional executive managing director for Minnesota and Iowa, said in the release.

Colliers opened a Des Moines office earlier this year.

According to the release, Freund will specialize in landlord and tenant representation and investment sales. Before joining Colliers she held positions with WB Realty Co. and R&R Realty Advisors.

In the release, Freund said Colliers’ “robust platform and commitment to client success very much aligns with what motivates me.”
