The Iowa Department of Natural Resources has released its latest fall colors report, which tracks where leaf color changes are peaking. The Travel Iowa website has a list of trails and drives to take to see some of the season’s best colors. In Central Iowa, some of those are the High Trestle Trail near Madrid, Jester Park Equestrian Center in Granger, historic Route 6 and Boone & Scenic Valley’s Railroad.
