Kim Reynolds announced Wednesday in Osceola that she’s running for election to the office she has held for the past 10 months. Reynolds, the first woman to lead the state, served for nearly eight years as lieutenant governor before Gov. Terry Branstad resigned to become U.S. ambassador to China. She’s been in office since May.
