Commerce Minister Zhong Shan on Sunday warned that the metals tariffs planned by President Donald Trump — with a growing list of exemptions that is likely to include China — is likely to stymie global growth.”There are no winners in a trade war,” Zhong said. “It will only bring disaster to China and the United States and the world.” China previously had flooded the steel market and is consider the primary target of Trump’s plan.
