ONE GOOD READ: Forgetting why we remember
A lesson for today: There’s value in workplace conversation. After the AM Daily landed in inboxes, one of my Business Record colleagues reminded me that Memorial Day’s intent is to honor those who lost their lives in service to our country. In the AM Daily, we wished you, readers, a happy weekend. While we do hope you all enjoy a longer time off from work if you are fortunate to do so, this is a good reminder of the history of the holiday. It’s also a reminder of how we can all still learn a thing or two from those who occupy desks or virtual space near us during work hours.
