Employees of R&R Realty Group pledged a record-breaking $150,725.79 to the United Way of Central Iowa, according to a release. “Each year, our employees give generously to the United Way of Central Iowa and 2018 has proven to be no exception,” Mark Rupprecht, president of R&R Realty Group, said in a statement. R&R’s employee participation rate for the 2018 United Way campaign topped 90 percent, a figure that Rupprecht says is due to the company’s Employee Engagement Committee. “We have a group of dedicated employees who champion a positive and philanthropic company culture through initiatives like the annual United Way campaign. The creativity and enthusiasm of this group is what made this year’s campaign a record-breaker,” he said.
