Google starts new services for veterans
Google has added tools and resources to help veterans find jobs, and has given USO a $2.5 million grant to provide training and career guidance. Service members can now search for “jobs for veterans” and enter their military occupation to see relevant jobs. To help veteran-owned or veteran-led businesses identify themselves to potential customers, Google Maps and Search will offer a new “veteran-led” designation.
