A.M. Best upgrades FBL companies
A.M. Best Co. has upgraded the financial strength rating of Farm Bureau Life Insurance Co., a subsidiary of FBL Financial Group Inc., to A- (excellent) from B++ (good). A.M. Best also affirmed the “good” financial strength rating of EquiTrust Life Insurance Co., another FBL subsidiary. It revised the outlook to stable from negative for both Farm Bureau Life and EquiTrust Life.
