ABI relocates to East Village
The Iowa Association of Business and Industry (ABI) has relocated to 400 E. Court Ave. in the East Village. Leisa Fox, the association’s vice president of membership, said in a press release that her organization wanted to be closer to the state Capitol complex. Fox said ABI signed a 10-year lease on the approximately 5,000-square-foot space. Beginning Feb. 2, ABI will begin renting out to the general public an executive conference center that can accommodate up to 70 people and a boardroom that can accommodate 16 people. The organization moved from 904 Walnut St.
