The Iowa chapter of AIGA, formerly the American Institute of Graphic Arts, is now accepting applications for its fourth annual Design Assign program. The program will partner local nonprofits with volunteer designers, who will complete pro bono communications projects for the nonprofits. Organizations interested in submitting a project request to Design Assign should do so online. The submission period for nonprofits is March 23-April 12. Creative volunteers interested in lending their skills should apply to work on specific submitted proposals. The application period for volunteers is April 13-May 17.
