Air emission fees due July 1
Here’s an update for you manufacturers subject to Title V requirements under the federal Clean Air Act and related state regulations. The Iowa Environmental Protection Commission kept the Title V air emissions fee at $56 for the latest round. Payments, along with the related forms, are due July 1. You can read more details here.
