Successful Farming reports that the Trump administration’s move to allow 15 percent blends of ethanol all year — a longtime goal of the industry — won’t have much effect on the markets. That’s because the oil industry will challenge the rule, and large fuel companies will be slow to add equipment needed to offer the blend, analyst said. Previous limits on E15 in summer were meant to reduce smog in some areas.
