Ankeny approves development agreement for Baker Group project
Baker Group, a Des Moines-based construction contractor, plans to relocate 480 jobs to Ankeny, where it has proposed building a $22 million office and manufacturing plant, The Des Moines Register reported. The Ankeny City Council approved an estimated $1 million in tax rebates Monday for the project.
