The program pairs participants with experienced local mentors, encouraging them to align their personal purpose with community service. Applications, participant recommendations and registrations for a virtual informational session on Oct. 21 are available at LeadDSM.org through Nov. 6. Lead DSM is also seeking community leaders to serve as program mentors.
