Architects report increased activity
Residential architecture firms across the country are reported that business conditions improved during the third quarter, with remodeling activity leading the way, followed by some segments of new construction, the American Institute of Architects said. The group’s quarterly index of activity registered a 55 for billings and 62 for inquiries about new projects. Any score above 50 is positive.
