BerganKDV adds Erb’s Technology Solutions to its portfolio

ETS will take the BerganKDV name and consolidate its operations in the firm’s new office in Cedar Rapids. The six employees of ETS, including President and CEO Jim Koch, will join BerganKDV, bringing the firm’s total head count in Cedar Rapids to 44. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The merger will give BerganKDV more depth and breadth in its technology solutions, the firm said in a release. ETS was founded in 1961 as Erb’s Business Machines and now offers technology products and services to clients in the health care, retail, finance, manufacturing, government and education sectors. Earlier this month, BerganKDV announced that Greater Des Moines-based accounting firm Brooks Lodden PC had merged into the firm.
