Best Buddies Iowa to host Virtual Chef Challenge
Best Buddies Iowa will host a Virtual Chef Challenge from 7 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday via the Best Buddies Iowa Facebook page (@bestbuddiesia), bringing last year’s Chef Challenge and auction back to supporters. In previous events a group of chefs competed for audience votes to be named top chef. This year, in the fundraiser’s virtual format, the audience can participate in a digital live auction and hear from Buddies and their mentors affected by Best Buddies International in Iowa. The event will be free, although registration is required online. Free-will donations will be accepted.
