A 150-acre industrial site in Boone is the latest addition to the Iowa Certified Site Program, according to a release.

A 150-acre industrial site in Boone is the latest addition to the Iowa Certified Site Program, according to a release. The property is located one mile north of U.S. Highway 30 on the city’s east side, and about 20 minutes west of Interstate 35. It is directly north of the current industrial park with all utilities at the site boundaries. Rail service to the park is provided by a partnership between the Union Pacific Railroad and the Boone and Scenic Valley Railroad’s commercial short line.
