Sioux City Journal: Kristine Bornholtz has been named executive director of Women Aware. She succeeds Katie Colling, who had been executive director since September 1991. Since 2015, Bornholtz was a resource coordinator II at the agency. Previously, she was the program director at Mary J. Treglia Community House. From 2005 to 2013, Bornholtz was the director of studies for an international language and training center in Prague, Czech Republic.
