The Iowa Energy Forum (IEF) will host a luncheon on Aug. 8 at Hy-Vee Hall featuring Congressmen Leonard Boswell and Tom Latham to showcase Iowa’s leadership in the energy debate and educate Iowans on energy issues. The luncheon will feature sessions with both congressmen, along with guest speaker Brenda Neville, president of the Iowa Motor Truck Association. The event will continue the conversation IEF has had with Iowans over the past year and a half about building a diverse supply of energy sources, using energy more efficiently and developing technologies that maximize the use of different forms of energy that also lower greenhouse gas emissions.
