Bra art to help uninsured Iowans
Proceeds from Bras for the Cause’s annual decorated bras event will help uninsured or underinsured Iowans access mammograms, cervical screenings and other related medical programs or projects. The deadline to donate “bra artwork” is Oct. 1, about one month in advance of the Bras for the Cause Gala and Auction, which is scheduled to take place Nov. 5 at the Meadows Events and Conference Center, 1 Prairie Meadows Drive in Altoona.
