Gov. Terry Branstad appointed Michael Mullins to the Iowa Court of Appeals.

Gov. Terry Branstad today appointed Michael Mullins to the Iowa Court of Appeals.

Mullins is currently serving as a district court judge in District 8A. Mullins, 59, of Washington, is a Drake University Law School graduate.
