Broadlawns Medical Center announced today that its East University Clinic will open on Nov. 28. Located at 2508 E. University Ave., the newly constructed 10,000-square-foot clinic will provide family medicine, urgent care and a rotation of specialty medical services. The facility, which is Broadlawns’ first off-site clinic, is accepting new patients and will accept all forms of insurance. Hours will be Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Saturday and Sunday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Family medicine appointments can be scheduled by calling (515) 282-EAST (282-3278). An open house will be held Nov. 22 from 4 to 6 p.m., with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4:30 p.m.
