Business council accepting nominations for efficiency award
The Iowa Business Council (IBC) is accepting nominations through Sept. 30 for the third annual Iowa Partners in Efficiency (IPE) award, which recognizes employees or work units in any political subdivision — local, county, or state – that use Lean tools and techniques to increase productivity and promote innovation that results in improved public services. The award will be presented during the Business Council’s partnership meeting Jan. 30, 2012, in Des Moines.
