Marcus Pitts has joined Peoples Co. as president of its commercial real estate brokerage. Pitts previously worked as director of commercial investments for the Regency companies and senior associate at CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial. His areas of expertise include retail, office, pany’s existing line of credit.

The West Side Kiwanis Club of West Des Moines-Waukee is sponsoring a miniature golf fund-raiser to benefit the Miracle League Field of Des Moines Kiwanis. The event is 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at West Grand Golf, 6450 Raccoon River Drive, West Des Moines. Tickets are $6 for adults and $5 for children.

Jude Igbokwe has been named division administrator for Iowa Workforce Development’s Labor Market and Workforce Information Division. Igbokwe has been a fiscal and policy analyst at the Iowa Department of Management since 2003. He also teaches courses in economics, international finance and elementary statistics at Upper Iowa University.
