Business Volunteer Forum scheduled
On Oct. 4, 10 major Greater Des Moines employers and
United Way of Central Iowa will host the Employee Volunteer Forum, an event designed for businesses seeking to develop or refresh their employee volunteer program. Bea Boccalandro, a nationally recognized speaker and consultant from the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship, will detail research findings from that institution.
