Businesses invest a significant amount of money in their signs – whether it’s a sign on their building, a billboard or an exhibit booth sign. This pays off only if people notice and read the signs. But you’d be amazed at how ineffective many of them are.

It’s not that the sign was poorly written or produced. It’s just that it’s impossible to read. Use this handy Letter Visibility Chart the next time you want to get someone’s attention.

Remember, these numbers represent the minimum height. Factors that may require you bump the size up even more would be color scheme, font selection and sign placement.

Don’t let your message get lost simply because you made it impossible to read.
