The Greater Des Moines Partnership and Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines will hold the first public meeting for the Capital Crossroad visioning project at 5 p.m. on Jan. 19 at the Des Moines Botanical Center, 909 Robert D. Ray Drive.

Community and economic development consulting firm Market Street Services will give a presentation on the visioning effort so far and share a competitive climate assessment based on public input and research.

Capital Crossroads is a visioning effort in Greater Des Moines with collaboration from the Community Foundation, the Partnership and local government and community leaders.
