The Capital Square atrium in downtown Des Moines is getting a makeover, The Des Moines Register reports. The changes coming this summer are expected to make the space more usable for tenants and bring in more events like wedding receptions, dinners and charity functions. Other changes include the addition of a coffee and gelato shop.
