Ankeny-based Casey’s General Stores Inc. has hired Michelle Wickham as vice president of food service, the convenience store chain announced. Wickham, who has more than 30 years’ experience in the restaurant industry, most recently worked at the national burger chain Red Robin, where she was a vice president of culinary, category, research and development management and catering. Wickham will continue the evolution of Casey’s $1.1 billion prepared food service business, advancing the incorporation of a restaurant mindset for menu, quality, consistency and innovation across the company’s 16-state store footprint, according to a news release.
