CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. has been named the top brand in commercial real estate for the ninth consecutive year.

Based on an international survey of more than 50,000 property owners, investors, lenders, brokers and property managers, The Lipsey Co.’s annual Top 25 survey is intended to measure commercial real estate professionals’ perceptions of the industry’s leading brands.

“The depth and breadth that CB Richard Ellis provides allows us to capture business with Iowa companies that have a presence not only in the state, but also around the country,” said Kyle Gamble, senior vice president and managing director of CB Richard Ellis/Hubbell Commercial, the company’s affiliate in West Des Moines.
