CBRE ranked No. 1 by NREI
CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. (CBRE) was ranked as the No. 1 commercial real estate brokerage in the United States for the eighth consecutive year by National Real Estate Investor. As reported in the publication’s April issue, CBRE’s rank was based on the aggregate value of sales and leasing transactions completed in 2010. The Los Angeles-based company was responsible for $128.1 billion in global sales and leasing transactions last year.
