Cedarbrooke construction scheduled
Hubbell Realty Co. announced that the development of Cedarbrooke Place Apartments in Norwalk is scheduled to begin next month. The first two phases of the project, which will consist of a 24-unit building and a 36-unit building with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, will be located in The Legacy, a 500-acre residential development and golf community. Hubbell Construction Services has been selected as the general contractor.
