Chicago Fed Index says economic activity on the rise
Economic activity in November increased in the United States, according to the Chicago Fed National Index, which increased to +0.10 in November from -0.64 in October.
The increase was led by improvements in production-related indicators. The index’s three-month moving average, increased from -0.59 in October to -0.20 in November – its ninth consecutive reading below zero.
