City seeks proposals on bridge projects
The city of Des Moines is taking proposals on two separate bridge projects.
One project is a citywide bridge and structure evaluation in accordance with current National Bridge Inspection Standards. The other is to evaluate the current structural condition of the existing bridge and approaches on Sixth Avenue over the Des Moines River and provide plans for rehabilitation of the bridge.
